Remember that in each day we spend our time the way we choose to, and more often than not our choices are made based upon the habits we have developed over the years. In many senses, time is probably the most valuable resource or tool that we have in our lives, and we have to be in love with life to really see and to really know its true value.
In an effort to make changes if you aren’t using your time wisely, you have to be willing to do things that you rarely ever do, and make them your new lifestyle.
We must remember that time doesn’t budge, and if we are going to make more time to do the things that we know are important, we have to consciously be willing to do so until they become what we do out of habit.
